Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Lititz is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lititz follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The staff here are very kind and polite, and the store is clean. However, if you're driving here specifically for mochi donuts, you should know that theirs are a lot stiffer than at any other mochi donuts I've tried. I thought they were stale (my first visit I just went home without mentioning it), but after speaking with the employee this second visit, it sounds like they don't use rice flour (or use less rice flour?) resulting in a texture much more similar to regular american donuts. I'm still giving them five stars because the employee was kind enough to remake the two stiffest ones fresh, but I won't be returning as the rice flour texture is my favorite part of mochi donuts. If you just like them for the shape, aesthetic, or honestly the flavor (they do taste good) you probably won't mind these. If you like the mochi texture, it may be worth driving up to Harrisburg or down to Catonsville instead.

The mochi donuts were great and their boba were amazing. We got a Mango Match Latte, Taro Milk Tea, and Mangonada as our drinks and they were great.

Their donuts are amazing! While the flavor of the icing is pretty mild, the star is the donut. It tastes like a funnel cake, light and airy - not dense or overly sweet or bland. Perfectly balanced flavor. Their blueberry bubble tea is delicious as well. I don't want to know how much sugar is in there. π

Love this place! I got a brown sugar milk tea without boba and its very good. I also got mango and strawberry mochi donuts. They smell and taste very good. The atmosphere inside is also awesome. They have couches and board games to play. The staff are very nice. Will def come back!
